本签证预审系统（以下简称"本平台"）严格遵守相关法律法规，尊重并保护所有用户的个人信息与隐私安全。
一、信息收集范围
我们仅收集您主动提交的注册信息、企业资料、联系方式、护照证件信息等办理签证预审业务必需内容，不会主动获取您设备、浏览记录等无关隐私数据。
二、信息使用规则
您提交的所有个人及证件信息，仅用于本次签证材料预审、业务核对及档案留存，不会向任何第三方出售、出租、泄露您的隐私数据。护照图片及证件信息仅用于OCR识别与业务审核，识别后原图可由用户自主删除。
三、信息存储与安全
平台采用安全传输与存储策略保护您的数据，防范非法访问、篡改、泄露等风险。您可随时在个人中心查看、编辑、删除本人提交的所有资料。
四、用户权利
您有权查看、修改、删除个人信息及证件资料；若不再使用本平台，可申请清空全部存档数据。
五、协议更新
本隐私协议如有更新，将在页面显著位置公示，继续使用本平台即视为接受更新后的条款。
Privacy Policy
This Visa Pre-Audit System (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") complies with relevant laws and regulations, and respects and protects the personal information and privacy of all users.
1. Information Collection
We only collect registration data, company information, contact details, passport information and other necessary data submitted voluntarily by you for visa pre-audit services. We will not collect irrelevant private data such as device information or browsing records.
2. Use of Information
All personal and document information you submit is only used for visa pre-audit, business verification and file archiving. We will never sell, rent or disclose your private data to any third party. Passport images are only used for OCR recognition and business review, and you may delete original images manually.
3. Data Security & Storage
The Platform adopts secure transmission and storage measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, tampering and leakage. You may view, edit and delete your submitted data in personal center at any time.
4. User Rights
You have the right to view, modify and delete your personal information and documents. You may request to clear all archived data if you stop using this Platform.
5. Policy Update
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised policy.
